As our Trustee Treasurer, you will provide strategic financial oversight and guidance to ensure the company’s financial sustainability. Working closely with the Board and Executive Team, you will help shape our future and support our mission of bringing inspiring theatre to rural audiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the financial management of the charity with Finance Committee and provide financial advice to the Board
  • Support the Executive Director and Finance team in budgeting and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and charity governance best practices
  • Present financial reports at board meetings in a clear and accessible way 

Who We’re Looking For 

  • A finance professional (e.g. accountant, finance manager, or similar background)
  • Experience in charity finance, governance, or non-profit financial management (desirable)
  • Passionate about the arts
  • Committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessible theatre 

Time Commitment 

  • Quarterly board meetings (virtual/in-person)
  • Occasional additional meetings or financial reviews 

This is an unpaid voluntary role, but reasonable expenses can be covered.
