John joined the company in 1994, He has steered the company through many changes and has been involved in producing every project. Before this he worked   at  Horse and Bamboo Theatre where he was Administrative Director organising the company's touring programme. This involved taking horse-drawn theatre tours to remote locations such as the Outer Hebrides, Hungary and all over the UK.
Before making the switch to theatre he worked as a designer, musician and  lecturer in Manchester.
